finds title win twice the fun: Twin City found some familiar faces in the opposing dugout for the Papa’s Pizza Invitational championship game Sunday. That made the 4-0 victory doubly satisfying for the Titans after five days of American Legion baseball at Swede Johnson Stadium. Twin City, from Richland, Wash., topped the Lewis-Clark Twins 4-3 in one semifinal game, then the Titans outlasted the Southridge Bandits, from neighboring Kennewick, Wash., for the championship.
