6:00 p.m. Mandatory Parent Meeting/Turn in Forms

6:30 p.m. Player Photo’s

Be sure to bring:   

• $700.00 player dues payable to LCALB and will be cashed 6/5/2018 unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer.
• List of any prescription medication you may be taking together with the name of the doctor who prescribed them.
• Valid photo identification for parent and player.  (Driver’s license, ID card or a school activity card will work for a player without a driver’s license)
• Insurance information and last 4 of players social security number to complete the Player Indemnification Agreement
• Calendar for noting down your committee times
• Original birth certificate for player
• Player and parent contact information

Player photos will be taken for the Tribune insert

Our annual fundraiser is changing a bit for 2018. This year we will offer 25 guns with only 500 tickets being sold at $50 each.    Your odds will stay the same.  Be on the look out for the list of guns and tickets.  All board members will have tickets available to sell.

The next general board meeting for the Lewis Clark Baseball program will be May 2nd, 2018 7:00 pm at the Legion Hall.  Plan to attend.
