Lewis Clark Cubs Assistant Coach

Dalton Stamper

Dalton Stamper is currently an assistant pitching coach for Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.  Born and raised in Lewiston, Idaho, playing 3 years of legion baseball here in the valley. After  high school career, he spent a year and a half playing at LCSC for Jeremiah Robbins before transferring to Wenatchee Valley College and pitching for the 2015 NAIA World Series MVP Beau Kerns. After a successful first year at WVC, he underwent Tommy John surgery during the beginning of his second season. After 12 months of rehab, he signed with Bellevue University where he continued his baseball career, but running into some problems with rehab, he made a  tough decision to quit playing baseball, but was offered the chance to coach and work with the pitching staff  at Bellevue University. Dalton is very excited to give back to the LC baseball community, as well as giving knowledge to these young players to allow them to play baseball at the next level.

"Lewis-Clark Post 13 Baseball is an institution and my number one goal as as member of this program is to represent those who have blazed the path forward for each of us to enjoy; today, tomorrow, and for future generations ahead. I send invites to each former player, parent, family members, fans and especially the Veterans of our nation who have served to attend a game and stay connected with Lewis-Clark American Legion Baseball; a tradition since 1939, that's success!!!
